Why Choose Us for Fridge Removal in West Yorkshire?
We Collect From Inside: Unlike the council’s strict pavement-only rules, our uniformed teams come right into your kitchen, basement, or utility room. We do all the heavy lifting for you and leave the space swept and ready to use.
Protection & Care: Navigating narrow doors in terraced houses or student properties in Headingley can be tricky. We take complete care when moving bulky items and use protection to look after your flooring, walls, and doorways.
Speed: Same day options are available if you call early. If your new fridge freezer is arriving today, we can get the old one out of the way immediately.
Proper Handling: We manage all styles, from standard under-counter units to massive American fridge freezers. Everything is taken to authorised treatment facilities so hazardous parts are dealt with correctly.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
Our transparent pricing means you only pay for the volume your items take up in our van.
- Single Item: Prices start from £80+VAT. Perfect for a standalone bulky item like an American fridge freezer or a large three seater sofa.
- Quarter Van Load: Ideal for a couple of appliances, perhaps a fridge alongside an old washing machine or a small pile of household rubbish.
- Half Van Load: Great for a kitchen strip-out where you need to clear the fridge, old units, and flooring at the same time. No skip sitting on your drive.
- Full Van Load: Suitable for full West Yorkshire house clearances or large commercial refits where multiple white goods need removing.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your appliance to 07802 860 731.
Typical Jobs in West Yorkshire
- Appliance Clearance in Harehills: We cleared a heavy American fridge freezer directly from the kitchen to avoid the homeowner dragging it through the narrow back-to-back terraced doors.
- Cellar Clearance in Little Germany: We removed two old chest freezers via our Man and Van Clearance service, navigating the steep steps safely without needing a permit for a skip.
- End-of-Tenancy Clearance in Huddersfield: We disconnected and cleared a broken fridge and general rubbish from a rental property, managing the tight mill town street access flawlessly.
- Flood Damaged Goods in Hebden Bridge: We provided rapid removal of a ruined fridge and wet waste from a flooded basement, working easily on a pedestrian-heavy street where skips are impossible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor?
A: No. Our 2-man team collects from upstairs, basements, or West Yorkshire apartments, doing all the lifting safely and carefully.
Q: Do you take large or awkward items like American Fridges?
A: Yes. We have the vehicles, equipment, and trained staff to handle the largest white goods with ease.
Q: Is your disposal legal?
A: Yes. We are an Upper Tier Waste Carrier (License CBDU409710) and ensure legal recycling at licensed transfer stations. You will always receive a proper Waste Transfer Note.
Q: Does the local council collect from inside my house?
A: No. West Yorkshire councils operate a strict curbside-only policy. This is physically difficult for residents living in steep terraced properties in Bradford or tight back-to-back houses in Leeds, which is why our internal collection service is the perfect solution.
Q: I live on a narrow street in Hebden Bridge, can you still help?
A: Yes. We know that parking and access in areas like Hebden Bridge can be extremely tight. Our vans are highly mobile, and our Wait and Load service means we never need to block the road with a skip.
Q: Can I take my own fridge to the Kirkstall or Bowling Back Lane tip?
A: You can, but you need to be cautious. Sites like Kirkstall require booking and are notoriously busy, while Bowling Back Lane is very strict on van permits. Using our service avoids the hassle, queuing, and heavy lifting entirely.
