What type of rubbish can you not move?
We do not take any hazardous materials. This includes gas, oil, propane tanks, toxic materials, chemicals and also asbestos. We do not take any liquids. We’ve included this question in our FAQs for clarity.
Can you clear my rubbish even if I’m not on site?
Yes, as long as you discuss this with us beforehand or we can call you half an hour before we arrive to meet you there. This is another common question we address in our FAQs.
Can’t you give me an exact price before you arrive?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the volume and weight of the waste. We do not charge any hidden fees, and we won’t increase the price as long as you don’t add any additional waste. To provide you with an accurate quote, we find it easiest when you send us images of the waste that needs removing.

We are a fully licensed registered carrier of waste (licence no: CBDU409710) with the Environment Agency, a member of the Trading Standards Buy With Confidence scheme and also a Which Trusted Trader, we prioritise environmentally responsible waste removal.
I rent out a property, the tenant has left it in a terrible mess. Can you clear everything out?

What if I am unsure about the amount of waste that I need disposing of?
For an accurate waste disposal quote, send us pictures of the waste, and we’ll ensure you receive a precise figure. We will agree upon the final price before any work begins, ensuring transparency and clarity. Furthermore, we will not change or increase the price as long as no additional waste is added. This is something we often hear, so we’ve included it in the FAQs.
Will I be issued with a waste transfer note?
We provide a waste transfer note for all completed jobs, at the same time giving you clear information about the time and location of the disposal.

How do we pay you?
Payment can be made by cash, BACS transfer, or by debit/credit card. Moreover, all of our drivers have a card machine, or alternatively, payment can be made over the phone with our office. Do you recycle?
We dispose of all items correctly at a fully licensed waste transfer station, recycling and diverting upwards of 90% from landfill. Where possible we also try to donate items to local charities or hospices.
Do you provide skips?
We do not offer skips, however we provide customers with a quick and easy alternative to hiring a skip with all labour provided ensuring all the hard work is undertaken by skilled professionals.
I only have a settee to move is the job too small?
No, we welcome single items just the same as a full house clearance; in fact, no job is too big or too small.
