We had a house clearance today by The Rubbish removers. They arrived before time (for me that's an excellent start) and the 2 gentlemen introduced themselves firstly and then proceeded to survey the job. After a walk through of what needed doing they started straight away. The job seemed to be completed in no time. The 2 gentlemen, called Darren & Scott? (sorry if I've got the names wrong?) Were Fantastic. Polite, well organised and hard working. A credit to The Rubbish removers company. I would use the company again and would have the same workers if possible. Really impressed! - Office: Desks, chairs, filing cabinets and also secure disposal of IT equipment (WEEE).

How It Works
1. Audit:
First, give us a call, fill in our contact form or WhatsApp a photo of the waste to 07802 860 731 for a quick estimate.
2. Schedule:
Next, we book a slot that suits your opening hours to minimise impact on your trade.
3. Clearance:
After that, our uniformed, professional staff clear the site efficiently. In particular, in areas like Saddleworth or steep town centre terraces, we use “Wait & Load” to bypass parking issues.
4. Paperwork:
Finally, you receive an instant digital Waste Transfer Note and VAT Invoice for your records.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
We offer transparent pricing based on Volume (Cubic Yards) & Weight. Customers only pay for the space they fill, unlike skips where you pay for air.
Single Item: For example, ideal for removing a large office printer, a fridge or a stack of pallets.
Quarter Van Load: For example, roughly 2–3 cubic yards, perfect for a small shop clear-out or clearing a storage cupboard.
Half Van Load: Roughly 6 cubic yards (approx. 50–60 bin bags), which is comparable to a standard builders’ skip but without the permit hassle.
Full Van Load: 12–14 cubic yards, which is equivalent to roughly 2 × standard 8-yard skips. It’s suitable for full office strip-outs or large shop fitting waste.

Typical Jobs in Oldham
Mill Conversion Clearance in Chadderton
We cleared renovation debris and plasterboard from an upper-floor apartment conversion. Using our “Wait & Load” service, we removed the waste without needing a skip on the busy main road.
Shop Refit in Oldham Town Centre
For example, a retail client needed old shelving and packaging removed overnight before a grand opening. Our team accessed the pedestrian zone efficiently and cleared the unit in under two hours.
Builders Waste in Saddleworth
In another case, we collected heavy stone and rubble from a cottage renovation in Uppermill. Although the narrow lane was inaccessible to 18-tonne skip wagons, our agile vans managed the access perfectly.
