Typical Jobs in Halifax

We cleared sodden flood damaged goods from a basement via our wait and load service, as skips are impossible to place in the narrow, pedestrian heavy centre.
Renovation Debris in Halifax Centre:
We removed heavy stone and rubble from a tall stone terrace using our mobile vans, also avoiding the need for costly skip permits on tight residential streets.
Garden Clearance in Skircoat Green:

Frequently Asked Questions
- Q: Do you take soil, rubble, and bricks? A: Yes, we certainly do. We charge by weight and volume, happily taking heavy inert waste from your property renovations that many others refuse.
- Q: Do you dismantle sheds or garden structures? A: Yes, we handle full dismantling and removal as part of our comprehensive service, taking away the rotten wood, felt, and glass safely.
- Q: Will you clean up the mess afterwards? A: Yes, our team takes pride in sweeping up completely. We leave your driveway, patio, or garden area spotless and ready for your next project.
- Q: Do I need a skip permit for Halifax? A: You only need a permit if you use a traditional skip on the road, which Calderdale Council strictly monitors. Our wait and load service requires no permit at all, saving you time and money.
- Q: Will Calderdale Council take my DIY or garden waste? A: Council collections are generally restricted and can be very slow, especially for specific waste needs in flood prone areas. They often refuse heavy rubble, soil, and dismantled sheds, which we clear away on the same day.
- Q: Can you collect from properties with difficult access in Halifax? A: Yes, absolutely. Our local crews are experts at navigating the steep valleys, tall stone terraces, and narrow streets of Hebden Bridge and Halifax, ensuring a smooth collection where skip wagons simply cannot reach.
