Why Choose Us for Emergency Bin Collection in Cheshire East?
In the affluent “Golden Triangle” towns of Wilmslow, Knutsford, and Alderley Edge, keeping the exterior of your property pristine is a priority. Furthermore overflowing bins and piled up black bags are not just an eyesore; they attract pests and cause bad odours. However unlike standard council services, we act as a dedicated Skip Hire Alternative, offering a rapid response without the need for unsightly skips sitting on your driveway.
We Sweep Up Our teams do not just grab the bags and run. We provide a comprehensive service where we sweep the bin store or driveway clear of any loose debris or spillages. This is also particularly important for high end properties in Cheshire East where presentation matters. Therefore we leave the area spotlessly clean.
Speed and Convenience We offer an emergency same day response where possible. This is vital for businesses or households that have missed a collection or produced more waste than expected. We are the “Emergency Service” for waste, ensuring you aren’t left with a hygiene hazard.
Access for Gated Communities Many properties in Cheshire East, particularly in Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, are behind security gates where large skip wagons cannot gain access. Therefore our agile vans are perfect for these secure environments. We can also co-ordinate with site security or housekeepers to enter, load quickly, and leave without fuss.
Environment Agency Registered We divert most waste from landfill. Also all the waste is taken to licensed transfer stations for sorting and recycling, ensuring your environmental Duty of Care is met.
The Rubbish Removers vs. Skip Hire in Cheshire East
| Feature | The Rubbish Removers | Skip Hire |
| Labour | We Load Everything – Our 2-man teams do the work. | You Do All The Work – You must load the skip yourself. |
| Permits | No Permit Needed – We use a “Wait & Load” service. | Permit Fees Apply – Often required for road placement. |
| Driveway | Safe (Rubber Tyres) – No heavy metal skips damaging resin/block paving. | Risk of Damage – Skips can crack expensive driveways. |
| Speed | Gone in 60 Mins – We arrive, load, and leave immediately. | Stuck for Weeks – Skips sit on your drive ruining the view. |
What We Take
We handle a wide variety of waste streams that often cause bins to overflow:
General Domestic Waste: Black bin bags, cardboard boxes, packaging, and also household junk.
Commercial Overflow: Office waste, restaurant packaging, and trade waste that the council refuses.
Garden Waste: Green waste, bagged soil, branches, and also old fencing that won’t fit in your green bin.
Fly-Tipping Clearance: Removal of dumped waste especially from private land or alleyways.
Sanitary Hazards: Bagged waste that has been ripped open by animals (we clean the mess).
How It Works
We have designed our process to be as simple and stress free as possible, therefore ensuring your waste is gone without you lifting a finger.
1. Get a Quote: Give us a call on 0161 339 7938, fill in our contact form, or WhatsApp a photo of the rubbish to 07802 860 731.
2. Clearance: Our uniformed team arrives within a specific time slot. We also bring shovels, brooms, and heavy-duty bags to clear the lot efficiently.
3. Sweep Up: Once the bulk of the waste is loaded, we also sweep the area thoroughly, removing any loose litter or debris left behind by split bags.
4. Disposal: Finally you receive a digital Waste Transfer Note immediately, proving legal disposal. We then transport the waste to a licensed recycling facility.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
We operate a transparent pricing model based on volume. Therefore you only pay for the space you fill, which often works out cheaper than hiring a skip where you pay for fresh air if you don’t fill it.
Single Item / Small Pile: Prices start from £80+vat. Equivalent to 10-15 bin bags. Ideal for clearing a small pile of missed rubbish bags.
Quarter Van Load: Roughly 20-30 bin bags. Comparable to clearing a small bin store or a dismantled shed (6×4).
Half Van Load: Roughly 6 cubic yards (50-60 bin bags). Equivalent to a standard builders’ skip. Perfect for a garage clearance or also a substantial bin overflow.
Full Van Load: 12-14 cubic yards (100+ bin bags). Equivalent to two large skips. Suitable for large commercial clearances or especially fly-tipping removal.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your pile to 07802 860 731 for an instant estimate.
Typical Jobs in Cheshire East
Estate Clearance in Wilmslow:
We cleared a large accumulation of cardboard and also packaging from a gated mansion. We also used our “Wait & Load” service to ensure security gates weren’t blocked, protecting the owner’s privacy and high value resin driveway.
Garden Waste Removal in Knutsford:
A client on Mobberley Road had piles of hedge trimmings that the council bin couldn’t handle. Therefore we arrived the same day to clear the green waste, avoiding the notorious queues at the Knutsford tip.
Farm Waste Collection in Macclesfield:
We cleared fly tipped waste from a rural lane near a farm entrance. Our team removed tyres and builders’ rubble that had been dumped illegally, therefore restoring access for the farmer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take soil, rubble, and bricks?
Yes. Unlike the local council which has strict limits on inert waste, we collect bagged soil, rubble, and also bricks. Furthermore we charge based on weight and volume, making us an ideal solution for DIY projects or landscaping debris that you can’t put in your domestic bin.
Do you dismantle sheds or garden structures?
Yes. If your bin overflow is caused by an old shed or rotten fencing, we offer a full dismantling and removal service. Thus we break it down, load it up, and sweep the area clean afterwards.
Will you clean up the mess afterwards?
Absolutely. This is a core part of our promise. We don’t just take the bags; we also sweep the floor, clear up loose litter, and ensure your bin store or driveway is left in a tidy condition.
Will Cheshire East Council take my DIY/Garden waste?
Council services are often limited. As well as the tips in Knutsford and Macclesfield have strict rules regarding “trade waste” and may turn you away if they suspect your waste is from commercial activity or if you are in a rented van. Additionally they also charge heavily for bulky collections (£49+). However we take everything in one go, from any location on your property.
Can you collect from properties with difficult access in Cheshire East?
Yes. As we also know that rural properties near Macclesfield or gated homes in Wilmslow can be tricky for large HGV skip wagons. Therefore our 3.5-tonne Luton vans are much more manoeuvrable and can access tight driveways or narrow lanes with ease.
