We Collect From Inside: Unlike the local council curb side collection service, our 2-man team is happy to come inside. We collect from your lounge, kitchen, basement, or upstairs bedroom.
Protection & Care: We take exceptional care of your property. Floors, walls, and doorways are looked after while we manoeuvre awkward, heavy items through high value homes in areas like Alderley Edge or Wilmslow.

All Styles Taken: We dismantle, remove, and dispose of everything. We also handle heavy sectionals, recliners, solid oak tables, and even full bed frames.

What We Take (Bulky Waste Collection)
Sofas & Chairs: Sectionals, recliners, Chesterfields, armchairs, and also sofa beds.
Beds & Mattresses: Memory foam mattresses, king size beds, divans, headboards, and heavy frames.
White Goods: American style fridge freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, and chest freezers.
Large Furniture: Solid oak dining tables, heavy wardrobes, sideboards, and bulky garden furniture.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
SINGLE ITEM: Prices start from £80+VAT. This is therefore ideal for a standalone bulky item like a heavy sofa, mattress, or American fridge. It is also cheaper and significantly faster than the council collection.
QUARTER VAN LOAD: Roughly 20 to 30 bin bags or 2 to 3 cubic yards. So perfect for clearing out a box room or removing a small pile of leftover renovation debris.
HALF VAN LOAD: Roughly 6 cubic yards. This offers a comparable capacity to a standard 6-yard builders skip. You also face no permit fees, and no skip sits on your resin driveway ruining the aesthetics of your property.
FULL VAN LOAD: 12 to 14 cubic yards, equivalent to roughly two standard 8-yard skips. So suitable for full house clearances, large estate projects, or significant furniture removal.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your pile to our WhatsApp on 07802 860 731. You therefore only ever pay for the space you fill.
Typical Jobs in Cheshire East
High-Value Estate Clearance in Alderley Edge: We cleared a heavy corner sofa and large dining table from a gated community. Also our highly mobile vans bypassed the strict security codes and covenants that normally prevent skip wagons from entering the estate.
Appliance Removal in Wilmslow: A client needed a heavy fridge freezer safely removed from a newly fitted kitchen. So our team manoeuvred the bulky item without scratching the expensive flooring, saving the customer from dragging it down their long driveway.
Large Garden Furniture Disposal in Knutsford: We cleared heavy, rotten garden furniture from a rural property. We also chose our dedicated Man and Van Clearance approach because local residents strongly dislike unsightly skips sitting on expensive block paved driveways.
How It Works
1. Get a Quote: Give us a call, fill in our contact form, or WhatsApp a photo of your item to 07802 860 731 for a fixed price.
2. We Arrive: Our uniformed 2-man team arrives in a specific, agreed time window. We will always give you a quick call when we are on the way.
3. We Remove: We disconnect appliances, carefully carry items out from any room, and sweep the area completely clean once everything is out.
4. Recycling: You receive a formal Waste Transfer Note every time. We boast a high Landfill Diversion Rate, ensuring your furniture and white goods are processed ethically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor? A: No. Our 2-man team collects from upstairs bedrooms, basements, or high-end apartments. We handle all the heavy lifting safely so you do not have to lift a finger.
Q: Is your disposal legal? A: Yes. We are a fully licensed carrier and issue a complete Duty of Care document with every single job. Your items go straight to an authorised treatment facility for proper recycling.
Q: Does Cheshire East Council collect from inside my house? A: No. Cheshire East Council runs strictly a curb side collection and charges £49 or more for the privilege. This is physically difficult for many residents, especially those with long gated driveways or heavy items that cannot be safely dragged outside.
Q: I live in a gated community in Cheshire East, can you still help? A: Yes. We frequently work with residents in gated communities across Wilmslow and Alderley Edge. Our vans require no permits and completely eliminate the hassle of trying to get a heavy skip wagon approved by estate management.
Q: Can I take my own bulky waste to the Macclesfield or Knutsford Tip? A: You can, but Knutsford tip is small, notoriously busy, and suffers from long queues on Mobberley Road. The sites are highly vigilant against trade waste, and borrowing a van can lead to severe permit headaches.
