Excellent service from Rubbish Removals. Arrived on time and considering they had a fair length down a long path to reach their truck, they removed quite a lot of kitchen appliances and a piece of furniture in next to no time. Would definitely recommend. Good price too, cheaper than local Council.

Why Choose Us for Appliance Removal in Wythenshawe?
We Collect From Inside: Unlike the local council which strictly demands items are left outside, our uniformed teams come directly into your kitchen, utility room, or garage. We also do all the heavy lifting for you.
Protection & Care: Navigating narrow Wythenshawe hallways with heavy white goods is our speciality. We also use the right equipment to look after your flooring, walls, and doorways while keeping shared areas completely safe.
All Styles Taken: We remove absolutely everything from large American style fridge freezers to heavy washing machines and chest freezers. We manage the disconnection and furthermore ensure proper WEEE recycling for all electricals.
Speed: We offer a fast, reliable samedday service for urgent enquiries, calling first thing in the morning. Therefore if your new fridge is arriving today, we can get the old one out of your way immediately.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide

- QUARTER VAN LOAD: Roughly 20 to 30 bin bags. So ideal for clearing out multiple old appliances alongside small kitchen rip-outs.
- HALF VAN LOAD: Roughly 50 to 60 bin bags. Therefore comparable to a standard builders skip with no permit fees required.
- FULL VAN LOAD: Over 100 bin bags or an 800kg payload. Also great for full house clearances or large garage clear-outs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor? A: No, you do not need to lift a finger. Our professional two-man team collects from upstairs flats, basements, or any room in your house, doing all the lifting safely.
Q: Does Manchester City Council collect from inside my house? A: No, the local council operates a strict pavement only policy. This is incredibly difficult for many Wythenshawe residents in terraced properties who cannot physically drag heavy items outside.
Q: I live on a street with protected grass verges in Wythenshawe, can you still help? A: Yes, we absolutely can. We know that placing a skip on Wythenshawe verges often leads to heavy council fines. Our mobile vans simply park up safely, load your items, and leave immediately.
Q: Can I take my own fridge to Longley Lane tip? A: You can, but it is notoriously busy and often has long queues. If you borrow a rental van to move it, you risk being turned away by their strict ANPR and van permit enforcement systems.
