We had our sofa & 2 armchairs removed by Wez and Jimbo. Absolutely no problem for them, even dismantled part of it for easier removal (heavy suite). Was done and dusted in no time. No hesitation in recommending this business. 100% from booking to removing. Thank You.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
SINGLE ITEM
Prices start from £80 + VAT. So, this is ideal for a standalone bulky item such as a heavy memory foam mattress or large bed frame. It is often cheaper and faster than a council bulky waste collection.
QUARTER VAN LOAD
Roughly 20–30 bin bags. For example, this is perfect for a mattress, a dismantled bed frame and a couple of bedside tables.
HALF VAN LOAD
Roughly 50–60 bin bags. In comparison, this has a similar capacity to a standard builders skip and is ideal for clearing a large master bedroom or multiple mattresses from a property.
FULL VAN LOAD
12–14 cubic yards. For example, this is well suited for hotel or rental property mattress upgrades and larger clearances.
Typical Jobs in Worsley
Bedroom Clearance in Worsley Village:
Recently, we removed a heavy memory foam mattress and divan base from a third-floor master bedroom, carefully navigating a steep and narrow staircase throughout the property. The customer avoided the physical strain and safety risks of moving heavy items themselves.
Rental Turnaround near Worsley Woods:
We cleared multiple mattresses as well as the broken bed frames using our Wait & Load service, working efficiently to keep access routes clear at all times. This allowed the landlord to avoid expensive skip permits and complete the property turnaround without any disruption to the driveway.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to get the item to the ground floor?
Absolutely not. Our two-man team collects from upstairs bedrooms, loft conversions and apartments. We do all the heavy lifting safely so you do not have to lift a finger.
- Do you take large awkward items like super king mattresses?
Yes, we do. We have the vehicles and equipment to handle all large or awkward bedding items. Lift and stair access is planned in advance to ensure a smooth and safe removal.
- Is your disposal legal?
Yes. We are fully registered with the Environment Agency under licence CBDU409710. We also provide a legal Waste Transfer Note for every job, ensuring 100% compliant recycling at a licensed transfer station.
- Does Salford City Council collect from inside my house?
No. For example, Salford City Council operates a strict kerbside-only collection policy, which can be particularly difficult for residents in Worsley living in apartments or properties with narrow staircases.
- I live on a busy road with restricted parking in Worsley, can you still help?
Yes. Even in areas with tight or restricted parking, our vans provide an effective skip hire alternative. We operate a rapid Wait & Load service, loading items directly into our vehicles without causing long-term obstructions.
- Can I take my own mattress to Lumns Lane tip?
You can, although it’s worth noting that Lumns Lane is often heavily congested. Salford Council may apply strict van permit restrictions if you are transporting large items like mattresses yourself.
Save your back and your walls!
