What does becoming a Which Trusted Trader mean? At which they have been testing products and services for over 60 years, so being able to display the logo gives our consumers the knowledge that we are a reputable and trustworthy company.
How did we manage to achieve this?
Once you apply you have to then go through a rigorous assessment by a trading standard professional. They visit your headquarters where they carry out a face to face interview to establish exactly what service you offer and how you go about running your daily duties. A thorough examination of business and administrative procedures to ensure that you have your customers interests in mind. They will do a credit report to validate the financial health of your business.
You then have to provide them with customers details who you have recently used along with long standing customers. They then contact them for a reference to validate that the service you are offering was carried out to the highest standard and that they were happy with the end results.
Once all this has been carried out they write a report of the assessment, where you are provided with valuable feedback by the assessor to ensure that you have meet the high standards of all aspects as to how you run your business.
Once you have passed all the checks you are then able to choose whether you want to join the scheme, agreeing to abide by their terms and conditions, Code of Conduct. You then pay the membership fees monthly which allows you to use the logo.
Due to the high demands of the assessment not every business makes the grade. However here at The Rubbish Removers Ltd we are proud to say that we did pass first time and have been a member for many years now and will continue to be one for as long as we are trading. We feel this gives our customers the reassurance that even before they contact us, just looking at our website they can be comfortable that no cowboys will be turning up whether it is a domestic or commercial property.
