Next, you must give details of recent and long-term customers. The officer then contacts them for references to confirm you gave a good service and met their needs.
After all checks are complete, the assessor writes a full report and gives clear feedback to show if you meet the scheme’s high standards.
Once you pass every stage, you can decide if you want to join the scheme. You must agree to their terms, conditions, and Code of Conduct. After that, you pay a monthly fee, which allows you to use the logo.
