Excellent. They let us know what time they will be here, turned up on time. Carried a washing machine down steep stairs through a narrow gap. Then took 2 items away, up the same steps. Friendly efficient. Highly recommend

What We Take (Appliance Removal)
- American style fridge freezers and standard fridge freezers.
- Washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashers.
- Cookers, ovens, and microwaves.
- Under-counter units and chest freezers.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
- Single Item: Prices start from £80+vat. Ideal for a standalone bulky item like a broken washing machine or a heavy chest freezer. Cheaper and faster than council bulky collection.
- Quarter Van Load: Roughly 2-3 cubic yards. Perfect for clearing multiple appliances during a small kitchen refit.
- Half Van Load: Roughly 6 cubic yards. Comparable capacity to a standard builders skip, but with no permit fees and no risk of a skip damaging your driveway.
- Full Van Load: 12-14 cubic yards. Suitable for a full property clearance or large commercial kitchen strip-outs.
You only pay for the volume you use, unlike a skip where you pay for fresh air. Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your appliances to 07802 860 731.
Typical Jobs in Trafford
- Appliance Removal in Hale: We cleared a heavy American fridge freezer directly from a kitchen. Our Wait and Load service avoided the need for a skip, which would have struggled to fit through the property’s narrow gated driveway.
- WEEE Recycling in Sale: We collected multiple old washing machines and cookers from a property renovation. Our rubber-tyred vans protected the owner’s high-value resin paving from the severe damage a skip can cause.
- Bulky Waste Collection in Stretford: We removed an integrated dishwasher and under-counter fridge from a terraced property. We handled all the heavy lifting to bypass the strict curbside-only rules of the local council.
How It Works
- Get a Quote: Give us a call, fill in our contact form, or WhatsApp a photo of the item to 07802 860 731 for a fixed price.
- We Arrive: Our uniformed 2-man team arrives in a specific window. We give you a quick call 30 minutes before we get there so you are not sat around waiting.
- We Remove: We disconnect appliances where safe to do so and carefully carry them out. We manage all lifts and tight corners to prevent any damage to your property.
- Recycling: You receive a digital Waste Transfer Note the very same day. 100% of fridges are de-gassed and processed securely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor? A: No. Our professional 2-man team collects from upstairs, basements, or apartments. We do all the heavy lifting safely and carefully.
Q: Do you remove all types of household appliances? A: Yes. We collect washing machines, tumble dryers, cookers, ovens, dishwashers, fridge freezers, and other bulky household appliances.
Q: What happens to my old appliance? A: We recycle appliances through authorised WEEE facilities wherever possible. We help reduce landfill waste.
Q: Does Trafford Council collect from inside my house? A: No. The local council is strict on curbside-only collection. This is physically difficult for residents in Trafford, especially for those with long gated driveways in Hale or tight terraced access in Stretford.
Q: I live on a property with a high-value driveway in Trafford, can you still help? A: Yes. We know that residents in Sale and Altrincham demand a premium service to protect expensive block or resin paving. Our Wait and Load vans do not cause the cracking or scraping associated with heavy metal skips.
Q: Can I take my own fridge to Woodhouse Lane tip? A: You can, but Woodhouse Lane HWRC in Altrincham is small and strictly policed for trade waste. You also have to load, transport, and unload the heavy appliances entirely by yourself.
