Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
- Single Item: Prices start from £80+VAT. This is equivalent to 10 to 15 bags, making it perfect for clearing a backlog of missed bin collections. So, it is a quick and simple option for smaller clearances.
- Quarter Van Load: Roughly 20 to 30 bin bags or 2 to 3 cubic yards. This is ideal for a small garden tidy-up or clearing an overflowing communal bin store. It suits light to moderate waste removal.
- Half Van Load: Roughly 6 cubic yards or 50 to 60 bin bags. This is comparable to a standard builders skip but without the permit fees or long waiting times. It offers a flexible mid-size solution.
- Full Van Load: 12 to 14 cubic yards or over 100 bin bags. Finally, this is suitable for large commercial waste clearances along the A6 corridor or major garden overhauls. It provides maximum capacity for the biggest jobs.

We cleared a large pile of landscaping waste and extra household bags using our Wait & Load service. So, we avoided disrupting neighbourhood aesthetics with an unsightly skip.
– Bulky Waste Collection in Edgeley:
We removed dozens of black bags from a tight terraced street. This prevented the need to suspend parking bays, which can often cause friction with local residents.
– Commercial Waste Disposal along the A6 Corridor:

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take extra black bags and bricks?
Yes, we do. So, we charge by weight and volume and we can easily handle heavy inert waste alongside standard household rubbish.
Will you clean up the mess afterwards?
Absolutely. We always sweep up after clearing overflowing bins, leaving your driveway or patio completely spotless.
Do I need a skip permit for Stockport?
Only if you use a traditional skip. Stockport Council requires permits for skips on the road, which can be slow and costly, while our Wait & Load service needs no permit at all.
Will Stockport Council take my extra DIY or bulky waste?
Council bulky waste wait times are often unpredictable. There are strict limits on DIY waste at the Adswood Road tip, making our private service a faster and easier alternative.
Can you collect from properties with difficult access in Stockport?
Yes, we can. So, we regularly navigate tight side streets off the A6 and carefully access high-value block-paved driveways in The Heatons without causing damage.
