Excellent service from Cameron and James.

Excellent. They let us know what time they will be here, turned up on time. Carried a washing machine down steep stairs through a narrow gap. Then took 2 items away, up the same steps. Friendly efficient. Highly recommend

Why Choose Us for Appliance Removal in Sheffield?
- – We Collect From Inside: Unlike Sheffield City Council’s kerbside-only rules, we come directly into your kitchen, basement, or high-rise flat. This means no heavy lifting or moving appliances outside.
- – Protection & Care: In addition, we carefully protect your property. We use proper methods to move appliances through narrow doorways without damaging floors or walls.
- – Speed: Furthermore, same-day service is available. Ideal when your new appliance is arriving and you need the old one removed quickly.
- – All Styles Taken: Finally, we remove everything from standard washing machines to large American-style fridges, with full WEEE recycling for safe, responsible disposal.

What We Take (Appliance Removal)
- Refrigeration: American-style fridges, standard fridge-freezers, and chest freezers (100% safely de-gassed).
- Laundry & Cleaning: Washing machines, tumble dryers, and dishwashers.
- Cooking: Electric cookers, ovens, hobs, and microwaves.
- Small Appliances: Vacuum cleaners, dehumidifiers, and general household electricals.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
SINGLE ITEM:
Prices start from £80+VAT. Therefore ideal for a standalone bulky item like a broken fridge or heavy washing machine. This ischeaper and faster than a council bulky collection.
QUARTER VAN LOAD:
Roughly 20–30 bin bags or 2–3 cubic yards. Also perfect for clearing a couple of old appliances with general kitchen rip-out waste.
HALF VAN LOAD:
Around 6 cubic yards (similar to a standard builders skip). This makes it ideal for a full kitchen appliance strip-out without needing a skip permit.
FULL VAN LOAD:
12–14 cubic yards or an 800kg payload. Furthermore suitable for large multi-property upgrades or full house clearances.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your pile to 07802 860 731. You also only pay for the exact volume you use, unlike a skip where you pay for fresh air.
Typical Jobs in Sheffield
Appliance Removal in Crookes:
We removed an old chest freezer from a steep terraced cellar using a Wait & Load service. This avoided leaving it on the pavement, where tramlines prevent stopping.
White Goods Clearance in the West End:
In addition, we carefully removed a large American fridge from a stone villa kitchen. Our two-man team navigated delicate flooring to prevent any damage.
Bulky Waste Collection in the City Centre:
Finally, we cleared multiple broken washing machines from a high-rise flat. We handled all heavy lifting via the service elevator, as skips are not allowed in the area.
How It Works
- Get a Quote: Give us a call, fill in our contact form or WhatsApp a photo of the item to 07802 860 731.
- We Arrive: Our 2-man team arrives in a specific window. We give you a quick call 30 minutes before so you are not sat around waiting.
- We Remove: We disconnect your old fridges or cookers and carefully carry them out. We sweep up any dust left behind in your kitchen before we leave.
- Recycling: 100% of fridges are properly de-gassed. We ensure full WEEE Recycling for all electrical items to protect the environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you remove appliances from flats without lifts?
A: Yes, we can. In fact, we regularly remove appliances from Sheffield flats with no lift, including top-floor walk-ups. We handle all carrying down stairs safely.
Q: How quickly can you collect my appliance in Sheffield?
A: Often same-day. In many cases, we can offer fast appliance removal across Sheffield, especially for urgent removals like broken fridges or replacement deliveries arriving the same day.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum number of appliances?
A: No strict limit. Whether it’s a single fridge in Sheffield or a full house clearance of white goods, we can scale our service to match your needs.
Q: Can I take my own fridge to the local recycling centre?
A: You can, but you’ll need to lift and transport it yourself to a Sheffield Household Waste Recycling Centre. Alternatively, permits, heavy lifting, and transport rules often make it more difficult—so our Sheffield appliance removal service saves you the hassle.
Q: Does Sheffield City Council collect from inside my house?
A: No, they don’t. Instead, Sheffield City Council offers kerbside-only bulky waste collection, which can be difficult for terraced homes, flats, and steep hillside properties common across Sheffield.
