For an immediate quote, simply call 0161 339 7938.
We also understand that dealing with waste in Preston can be frustrating, especially due to the strict appointment-only system at the Tom Benson Way tip in Ingol. Our service removes the need for pre-booking slots or queuing at weekends. We are proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader and a Trading Standards “Buy With Confidence” member, ensuring a professional, legal and ethical service every time. From single items to full property clearances, we provide full documentation, including a digital Waste Transfer Note, giving you complete peace of mind that your rubbish is handled responsibly!
Why Choose Us for Rubbish Removal in Preston?
The Smart Skip Hire Alternative
Hiring a skip in Preston often involves costly road permits from the City Council, especially in student-dense areas like Plungington where parking is limited. Instead, our “Wait & Load” service removes this hassle completely. We arrive, load your waste immediately and then leave, meaning you avoid permit fees, bay suspensions and the risk of neighbours filling your skip overnight.
We Sweep Up Afterwards
Unlike a skip that can leave rust marks or scratches on your driveway, our service is clean and also respectful. Once the rubbish is cleared, our team sweeps the area thoroughly. Whether it’s a back yard or a commercial loading bay, we leave the space spotless so that it’s ready to use straight away.
Emergency Same-Day Response
Sometimes, waste needs to go immediately, particularly during busy student changeovers near UCLan or when a renovation project finishes unexpectedly. For this reason, we aim to offer same-day collection whenever possible. We act quickly to clear unsightly piles before they attract pests or fly-tipping.
Commitment to Recycling
Finally, we are committed to a greener future and divert most of the collected waste from landfill. All rubbish is taken to licensed transfer stations, where it is carefully sorted and recycled. This approach is far more sustainable than general disposal and furthermore, ensures full compliance with environmental regulations.

| Driveway | Safe (Rubber Tyres) | Scratches/Cracks Paving |

Next, our uniformed team arrives in a tracked vehicle within your agreed time slot. We arrive fully equipped, bringing all the necessary tools, shovels and also brooms to clear the lot efficiently.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
We operate a transparent pricing model based on volume and also weight. You only pay for the space you fill, unlike a skip where you pay for fresh air if you don’t fill it.
Single Item
From £80+VAT, ideal for one bulky item or a small pile of renovation waste (approx. 10–15 bags).
Quarter Van Load
Next, around 2–3 cubic yards, equivalent to a dismantled 6×4 shed or a small garden tidy-up.
Half Van Load
Then, roughly 6 cubic yards, offering similar space to a builders’ skip but with no permit fees or heavy lifting.
Full Van Load
Finally, 12–14 cubic yards / 100+ bags, equal to around two standard 8-yard skips and also ideal for full clearances.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your pile to 07802 860 731 for an immediate quote.
Typical Jobs in Preston
Student Clearance in Plungington
Recently, we cleared a large volume of end-of-tenancy furniture and black bags from a terraced property. By using a “Wait & Load” approach, we avoided the need to suspend parking bays in this high-density area.
Office Clearance in the City Centre
Despite Preston’s complex one-way systems, our team successfully cleared old desks as well as the IT equipment from a second-floor office near the Harris Museum. Using the service lift and loading bay, we ensured zero disruption to local traffic.
Commercial Clearance at Preston Docks
When a warehouse unit required urgent removal of packaging waste and also pallets, we provided a same-day response. The client was able to continue logistics operations without safety hazards.
Areas We Cover in Preston
We provide comprehensive coverage across Preston and also the immediate surrounding districts.
Our local crews are familiar with the roads and access points throughout:
- Preston City Centre
- Fulwood
- Plungington
- Ingol
- Ashton-on-Ribble

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take soil, rubble and bricks?
Yes. We handle heavy inert waste that many standard refuse collections refuse. Because we charge by weight and also volume, this makes it a convenient solution for DIY renovation debris.
Do you dismantle sheds or garden structures?
Absolutely. Our team is fully equipped to dismantle and remove old sheds, decking as well as fencing. We safely remove rotten wood, felt and glass as part of the service.
Will you clean up the mess afterwards?
Yes. One of our core promises is that we always sweep up. Whether it’s a muddy garden clearance or a dusty garage clear-out, we leave your property broom-clean and also tidy.
Do I need a skip permit for Preston?
Only if you hire a skip that sits on the public highway. Preston City Council requires permits for this, which can be costly and also slow to arrange. By contrast, our mobile vans load immediately, so no permit is needed, even in restricted parking zones or one-way streets.
Can you collect from properties with difficult access in Preston?
Yes. Because we know areas like Plungington have narrow back alleys and limited parking, our vans are more agile than skip wagons. We can access tight terraced streets and student areas that larger vehicles cannot reach.
