I've used The Rubbish Removers twice now. Both times they have turned up when they said they would, and have been quick and polite. They removed an old glass greenhouse without leaving any glass fragments or breaking any of the panes.

Typical Jobs in Ribble Valley
- Emergency Refuse Collection near steep terraces:
We cleared 30 black bags of household junk using our Wait & Load service to avoid the risks of placing heavy skips on steep 1-in-4 gradients. The area was left safe and fully accessible once the work was completed.
- Garden Waste Removal from rural lanes:
We collected heavy green waste from a remote farm property where narrow, winding country lanes make skip wagon access impossible. Everything was removed efficiently without disruption to the surrounding land.
- Fly-Tipping Clearance in cobbled back streets:
We removed dumped rubbish from a tight alleyway where modern skip wagons cannot fit, sweeping the area completely clean before leaving. The space was fully restored and safe to use again.
Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
SINGLE ITEM:
Prices start from £80 + VAT, equivalent to 10–15 bags. Ideal for clearing a backlog of missed wheelie bin collections.
QUARTER VAN LOAD:
Approximately 20–30 bin bags or 2–3 cubic yards. For example, it’s perfect for a small garden tidy-up or an overflowing bin shed.
HALF VAN LOAD:
Around 6 cubic yards or 50–60 bin bags, comparable to a standard builders skip. So, it’s ideal for larger amounts of household junk.
FULL VAN LOAD:
12–14 cubic yards or 100+ bin bags. Equivalent to roughly two 8-yard skips, suitable for large clear-outs or severe fly-tipping recovery.
Get a Free Quote: Send a photo of your pile to 07802 860 731.
You only pay for the volume you fill, unlike a skip where you pay for fresh air.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you take soil, rubble, and bricks alongside normal bin waste?
Yes. We charge by volume and weight, meaning we can handle heavy inert waste that standard bulky collections often refuse.
- Do you dismantle sheds or garden structures?
Yes. Full dismantling and removal is included as part of our comprehensive service.
- Will you clean up the mess afterwards?
Yes. We always sweep up after every job, leaving your driveway, patio or bin area spotless.
- Do I need a skip permit for Ribble Valley?
Only if you use a traditional skip. However, council permits can be slow and costly, whereas our Wait & Load service requires no permit.
- Will the local council take my extra DIY or garden waste?
Generally, council collections have strict limits and may refuse construction waste or excess bags. In contrast, we can collect everything in one visit.
- Can you collect from properties with difficult access in rural Ribble Valley?
Yes. Our teams regularly work in narrow country lanes, steep hills and tight cobbled streets that skip lorries cannot access.
