Clearances saw us reach new limits in 2017

Manchester city centre is always changing. New bars, restaurants, and hotels seem to appear on every corner. In 2017, we saw this shift firsthand. That year brought some of our biggest commercial clearance jobs yet. However one stood out—a well-known nightclub spread across four floors right in the heart of the city. We cleared around 20 full loads of rubbish and junk from the site. Also the he job had a tight deadline, and it wasn’t easy—but we got it done.

Like many large projects, this one involved overseas owners. However several of our recent commercial clearances have been the same. This is where we believe we stand out from other companies. We work on trust. And we take time to understand what’s involved and give a clear, accurate quote. Once the job is booked, we show up—on time and ready.

New opportunities have helped us grow, but we still show up for the smaller jobs. Whether it’s one bed, ten bags of rubbish—it doesn’t matter. We treat every job with the same care and respect. Therefore  valuing every customer, no matter how big or small the task is. That’s how we’ve kept this business going strong for over 20 years.
