- Skip Hire Alternative: We are often cheaper than a traditional skip and importantly, there are no permit fees to pay. Our Man and Van Clearance teams handle all the loading for you, saving time and effort.
- We Sweep Up: We do not just collect the bags and leave. Instead, we sweep the surrounding area thoroughly, so your driveway or alleyway is left completely clean and sanitary.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
- Single Item: Prices start from £80 + VAT, equivalent to 10 to 15 bags. For example, this option is perfect for quickly clearing a pile left after a missed bin collection.
- Quarter Van Load: Roughly 20 to 30 bin bags or 2 to 3 cubic yards. In particular, this is ideal for clearing accumulated rubbish once the university term ends.
- Half Van Load: Around 6 cubic yards or 50 to 60 bin bags. In comparison, this offers similar capacity to a standard builders skip but without any Preston permit fees.
- Full Van Load: Between 12 and 14 cubic yards or over 100 bin bags, with an 800kg payload. This option is suitable for large-scale fly-tipping recovery or substantial commercial waste clear-outs.
