Excellent service from Rubbish Removals. Arrived on time and considering they had a fair length down a long path to reach their truck, they removed quite a lot of kitchen appliances and a piece of furniture in next to no time. Would definitely recommend. Good price too, cheaper than local Council.

Why Choose Us for Appliance Removal in Crosby?
We Collect From Inside: Sefton Council insists on collection from the pavement, which is a massive headache if you live in a terraced property near the docks or an upstairs flat. We come straight into your kitchen, utility room, or garage and do all the heavy lifting for you.
Protection & Care: Heavy washing machines and American fridge freezers can easily ruin flooring. Our uniformed staff use proper protection where needed to look after floors, walls, and doorways as we carefully manoeuvre bulky items out of your home.
Speed: Got a new cooker arriving today and need the old one gone? We offer a same-day response to enquiries, meaning you are never left with an old appliance blocking the hallway.
Proper WEEE Recycling: We take our Duty of Care seriously. All waste electrical and electronic equipment is taken to authorised treatment facilities, ensuring hazardous parts like fridge gases are dealt with correctly and most materials are diverted from landfill.

Typical Load Sizes & Pricing Guide
We offer transparent pricing based on volume and weight. You only pay for the space you fill, unlike a skip where you pay for fresh air.
SINGLE ITEM:
Prices start from £80+vat. Ideal for a standalone bulky item like an American fridge freezer or a heavy washing machine. Cheaper and faster than a council collection.
QUARTER VAN LOAD:
Roughly 20 to 30 bin bags or 2 to 3 cubic yards. Perfect for a full kitchen appliance swap-out, including a fridge, oven, and dishwasher.
HALF VAN LOAD:
Roughly 6 cubic yards. Comparable capacity to a standard builders skip. Ideal for a larger residential bulky waste collection without the hassle of a permit.
FULL VAN LOAD:
12 to 14 cubic yards or an 800kg payload. Equivalent to roughly two standard 8-yard skips. Suitable for commercial kitchen rip-outs or major property clearances.
Get a Firm Price: Send a photo of your appliances to 07802 860 731.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor? A: No. Our professional 2-man team collects from upstairs flats, basements, or tight kitchens. We do all the heavy lifting safely so you do not have to.
Q: Do you take large or awkward items like American Fridges? A: Yes. We have the vehicles and equipment to handle large, bulky items safely. We plan access through tight doors beforehand to prevent damage.
Q: Is your disposal legal? A: Yes. We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU409710). We provide a digital Waste Transfer Note upon completion, ensuring 100% legal recycling at authorised facilities.
Q: Does Sefton Council collect from inside my house? A: No. Sefton Council operates a strict collection policy where items must be left outside. This is physically demanding for residents and leaves unsightly appliances sitting on the pavement.
Q: I live near the coast with a sandy driveway, can you still help? A: Yes. We know that coastal properties in Crosby often have soft, sandy driveways where traditional skips can sink and cause damage. Our mobile vans park safely on solid ground, and we carry the appliances out on foot.
Q: Can I take my own fridge to the local tip? A: You can try visiting the recycling centres in Bootle or Southport, but Sefton Council rules are rigid and the sites are a fair drive from Crosby. Save yourself the heavy lifting and the dirty car interior by letting our professional team handle it today.
