Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to get the item to the ground floor?
Absolutely not. Instead, our fully insured staff collect from upstairs bedrooms and loft spaces, handling all the heavy lifting safely for you.
- Do you take large, awkward items like super king mattresses?
Yes, we do. We have the right vehicles and also trained crews to remove even the largest memory foam mattresses and heavy bed frames with ease.
- Is your disposal legal?
Yes, it is completely legal. We operate under our Environment Agency licence CBDU409710 and provide full Duty of Care paperwork for your peace of mind.
- Does Stockport Council collect from inside my house?
No. Instead, Stockport Council only offers curbside collections, which can be especially difficult for residents in Cheadle Hulme with large driveways or awkward terraced steps.
- I live on a narrow street in Cheadle Hulme, can you still help?
Yes, we can. Our highly mobile vans can access tight streets without the need for expensive skip permits to load your rubbish.
- Can I take my own mattress to Adswood Road Tip?
You can, although it takes time and effort. Alternatively, let our professionals do the hard work while you avoid the weekend queues and strict van limits.
Save your back and your walls!
