From making first contact with The Rubbish Removers to them taking what I needed removing and finished the job, was first class service. No hidden charges, no issues with me living in a tower block, they simply took the job on and did so with excellence from start to finish. Cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend others who are looking for a company who deals with waste removals.

Why Choose Us for Bulky Waste Collection in Burnley?
We Collect From Inside: Unlike Burnley Council, which strictly operates a Curb side only policy, we come right into your property. Furthermore we do all the heavy lifting for you, from any room in your property.
Protection & Care: Our local crews know exactly how to navigate the tight doorways of traditional terraced rows without scratching your paintwork. Floors, walls, and doorways are always looked after carefully by our trained staff.
Speed: We also offer same day service options if you call us early in the morning. This is perfect for when your new sofa or heavy American style fridge is arriving today and you need the old one gone fast.
All Styles Taken: We handle absolutely everything, including heavy sectional sofas, recliner chairs, and full bed frames. Once everything is loaded, we also sweep the rooms through so your space is left clean and ready to use.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to get the item to the ground floor? A: No. Our professional two man team collects straight from your upstairs bedrooms, basements, or apartments. We do all the lifting safely so you do not have to.
Q: Do you take large or awkward items like American Fridges or Corner Sofas? A: Yes. We have the correct vehicles and the manual handling training required to handle extremely large and awkward items.
Q: Is your disposal legal? A: Yes. We are a fully licensed upper tier waste carrier (Licence CBDU409710) and take our Duty of Care very seriously. All waste is processed legally at authorised transfer stations.
Q: Does Burnley Council collect from inside my house? A: No. Burnley Council is very strict on their kerbside only collection rules. This is incredibly difficult for residents living in traditional Burnley terraces who have no front gardens to store heavy items safely.
Q: I live on a narrow street in Burnley, can you still help? A: Yes. We know that on-street parking in the terraced grid system is difficult and skips are often impossible to place. Our vans are highly mobile and we load everything instantly so we never block the road.
Q: Can I take my own sofa or fridge to Balderstone Lane tip? A: You can try, but Balderstone Lane is a small site with tricky access for larger vehicles. If you borrow a van to move your heavy items, you will face strict permit restrictions and possible rejection at the gate.
