Boss marries his secretary!

Now I have your attention and before the gossip mongers start and tongues get wagging, here is our story of how the boss marries his secretary….

We met 25 years ago, 10 years prior to the Rubbish Removers being founded, got engaged, bought a house and had 2 wonderful children.

Then why has it taken so long? I hear you ask, to be honest I cannot really answer that question. Maybe as everyone knows sometimes life just seems to get busier and busier.  We all do it by saying  we will definitely do it next year’. Then before you know it, 25 years have passed just like that.

What we both agreed on was that we did not want the typical wedding in England. Which growing up was always you have it in a church and then the reception afterwards, followed with a honeymoon somewhere. Ultimately we wanted to do something where  everyone who came would be involved and also remember the day like no other.

So what did we do.

We decided to go to Lindos in Rhodes, Greece. There were 30 friends and family who joined us for the whole week and as the saying goes it was the ‘best day of our lives’.

Our daughter did my hair and our son gave me away (A real family affair).

I started my own career before I became his secretary just five months ago. He moved quickly!
Since then, we’ve built a true family-run business. Our son joined the team and brings fresh ideas every day. Our nephew stepped in as our manager and keeps everything running smoothly. We focus on treating our customers with genuine care and attention. We work hard to put people first in everything we do. And that’s how the boss married his secretary!
