The guys were very helpful right from my first enquiry. After that the guys arrived on time, and were in and out with our old sofa and chairs. Only mix up was with the collection day (which was a little mix up over emails, but it didn't cause much of an issue). All in all, a great service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to get the item to the ground floor?
No, you can leave it exactly where it is. Our two-man team collects from upstairs bedrooms and also loft spaces, taking care of all the heavy lifting safely.
Do you take large or awkward items like super king mattresses?
Yes, absolutely. We have the right vehicles as well as equipment to handle large or awkward items with ease.
Is your disposal legal?
Yes, we are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (Licence CBDU409710). We ensure fully legal disposal, maintain a strong landfill diversion rate and always provide a Waste Transfer Note.
Does Kirklees Council collect from inside my house?
No, the council only provides a kerbside service. This can be difficult for homes in Batley’s traditional stone terraces with narrow access and steep stairs.
I live on a narrow mill street in Batley, can you still help?
Yes, we’re very familiar with the tight streets around the mills. Our vans are more flexible than skip lorries and we also plan routes carefully to avoid access issues.
Can I take my own mattress to the Nab Lane tip?
You can, however Kirklees Council recycling centres have strict sorting rules and weekends often mean long queues due to local traffic around retail areas.
