Excellent. They let us know what time they will be here, turned up on time. Carried a washing machine down steep stairs through a narrow gap. Then took 2 items away, up the same steps. Friendly efficient. Highly recommend

Why Choose Us for Appliance Removal in Ashton-Under-Lyne?
We Collect From Inside: Unlike Tameside Council’s strict curbside only policy, we come right into your kitchen, utility room or basement. We do all the heavy lifting and tidy up after ourselves.
Protection & Care: Secondly, Ashton’s classic terraces often feature tight hallways and narrow doors. Our crews take great care when moving bulky white goods, looking after your floors, walls, and doorways to ensure zero damage.
Speed: Same-day service is available if you call early. This is perfect for when your new washing machine or fridge is arriving today and you need the old one gone instantly.
Authorised WEEE Recycling: Finally, we take all styles of appliances, including oversized American fridges and ensure hazardous components are handled correctly at authorised treatment facilities to maximise our landfill diversion rate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to get the item to the ground floor?
No, you do not. Firstly, our professional 2-man team collects your appliances straight from upstairs flats, basements or tight utility rooms, doing all the heavy lifting safely.
Do you take large or awkward items like American fridges?
Yes, absolutely. We have the right vehicles and experienced crews to carefully manoeuvre and load large, awkward white goods with ease.
Is your disposal legal?
Yes, it is fully compliant. We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU409710). Every job comes with an instant digital Waste Transfer Note and we process all appliances through legitimate recycling channels.
Does Tameside Council collect from inside my house?
No. Tameside Council is very strict on curbside only collections. This makes disposal incredibly difficult for residents in Ashton’s traditional red-brick terraces, especially for older or disabled individuals who cannot drag heavy items to the pavement.
I live on a narrow street with gated ginnels in Ashton-Under-Lyne, can you still help?
Yes, we can. Firstly, we understand that parking in Ashton’s older streets can be very tight, and rear alleys are often inaccessible. Our vans are highly mobile and we happily load directly from the front of your property without causing a fuss.
Save your back and your walls!
