How do I clear my garden?
Our Greater Manchester Garden Clearance service includes all labour and waste transfer costs. We take care of all the dirty work and heavy lifting. So you can sit back and plan your new outdoor space. From a brief phone call, we can usually provide a good indication of the cost, however, for more complicated clearances we may ask for photographs to be provided. Once we agree on a quote, our removal teams will attend the property on your preferred date. They confirm what is to be removed on-site and then proceed to clear any rubbish, waste, junk & furniture. As well as any structures such as sheds and greenhouses if required.
Established for over 20 years, The Rubbish Removers have a vast experience in property clearance and waste removal. We can remove all types of waste from your garden except for rooted plants, soil & asbestos. Our dedicated removal teams uphold our high standard of service and are always respectful of our customers’ properties. We dispose of all the waste we collect both legally and ethically, diverting upwards of 95% from landfill.
How much does it cost to clear a garden in Greater Manchester?
The price to have a Greater Manchester Garden Cleared is dependent on what is to be removed. Clearances vary considerably from a couple of bags of cuttings to full garden renovations. We can also dismantle structures such as sheds and greenhouses and uplift decking where required. Primarily, our prices are based on the volume and weight of waste to be disposed of. Other factors such as excessive labour and access restrictions can adjust this on some occasions. A final price will be agreed upon before any work commences unless the clearance is to be completed on a per load basis and this will be stated explicitly before work begins.

Here is one of the easier shed demolition and disposals that we have undertaken. The customer had just moved into the property and wished to renovate the backyard, unfortunately the shed did not fit her vision and so she called us to remove it.
Our team made light work of the shed demolition, giving our customer a larger space to work with. We then swept up any loose debris as with every clearance leaving the area clean and tidy.
Waste is then disposed of at an industry leading transfer station where upwards of 95% is diverted from landfill. Wood usually ends up getting turned into man made fuels or animal bedding.
Exceptional service to our customers and the ethical disposal of waste are our primary driving forces at The Rubbish Removers and we take great pride in the way we work.
If you have any questions regarding our capabilities, prices or ethical disposal give us a call, we are confident we will be able to tackle whatever you put in front of us.
