New additions to the Team!

At the beginning of the year, Kane and Alice joined our team. Kane returned to his role as Operations Manager after travelling, while Alice joined the accounts and marketing team. Both have been valuable additions and we’re pleased to have them on board.

Growing our Fleet

In May, we expanded The Rubbish Removers fleet with the addition of a new van. We felt this was an important and also proud moment to highlight in our year in review.

As demand for our services continued to grow, this expansion allowed us to increase capacity. Furthermore, it helped us maintain the fast, reliable service our customers expect.

Awards & Recognition this Year

In May, we entered the Tameside Business Awards and we were shortlisted as finalists. Members of our team attended the awards evening and we were proud to receive a Special Commendation.

In addition, this recognition was a real highlight in our year in review, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our team and we couldn’t be prouder of their efforts!

Staff Milestones

In June, our Accounts and also Marketing Manager, Lauren, welcomed her beautiful baby girl.

It marked an exciting and also memorable moment as part of our year in review and we wish her and her family all the best as she enjoys this special time.

Radio Show & Newspaper Advert

In September, we ran a two week radio advertising campaign with Tameside Radio, helping to raise awareness of our services across the local area. Alongside this, the Tameside Reporter featured us in an article titled “Rubbish Removers in Ashton-Under-Lyne Tackling Waste and Fly-Tipping the Right Way.”

These opportunities allowed us to share our approach to responsible waste management, highlight the importance of tackling fly-tipping correctly and connect with more local residents and businesses. It was a great way to strengthen our presence in the community and showcase the work we do. As a result, this made it an important highlight in our year in review.
